- 1 cup (67 g) kale, chopped
- 1 spring onions, finely chopped
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- ¾ cup (183.75 g) soy yogurt
- ¼ cup (11.75 g) fresh dill finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 g) whole-grain mustard
- 5 tbsp (73.93 ml) lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
- Chop the sweet potato in half lengthwise and bake for 45 minutes, until soft.
