ROASTED PUMPKIN & KALE WARM SALAD IN A BOWL

If you’ve been here for a little while, you’ll know that I’ve fully entered my salad era! And I’m actually the first one to be surprised by that because Cam and I haven’t always been the biggest fans of salads! This has definitely changed since we started making huge salads with bold flavours, lots of texture and epic salad dressings. I’m also ensuring these recipes are well-balanced and have enough protein, fibre and healthy fats to keep us full and satisfied for the rest of the day.
