Bonjour, I’m Sarah.

I grew up on the French Riviera, watching my dad cook in his family restaurant. My weekends were rolling fresh pasta by hand, gathering for big family lunches, and learning early that food is about love and community as much as it is about nourishment.

Losing my dad to cancer in 2017 set me on a path. I wanted to take ownership of my own health and help the people around me do the same. I trained as a nutritionist, worked in nutrition clinics advising clients one-on-one, managed a plant-based restaurant in Sydney for a couple of years, and started sharing recipes online. It’s now my life’s mission to help people feel good through food.

plantbaes is the resource I wish I’d had when I started. Real plant-forward recipes that don’t ask you to give up anything, built around the nutrition that actually matters: a good balance of protein, plenty of fiber, and whole foods you can find in any supermarket. The things that make you feel different in three weeks instead of three years.

Every week brings new recipes (sometimes more than one), and a fresh monthly meal plan lands on the first of every month. New workouts and meditations are added regularly too.
plantbaes is a web app, which means there’s nothing to download. Just sign in at members.plantbaes.com from any phone, tablet, or computer. On iPhone or Android, save it to your home screen and it behaves just like a native app, no App Store hassle.
Absolutely. Cancellation is two clicks from your account. And if you cancel during your 7-day trial, you won’t be charged at all.
Not at the moment, but the membership is designed so that almost everyone gets a really personalized experience. Between the goal-based plans, the calculators, and the drag-and-drop planner, you can shape it to your life and your goals. Both! Every recipe has a toggle so you can switch between cups and ounces or grams and milliliters with one tap. I’m French, so I tend to write in grams first and we convert from there, but either works beautifully.
Not at all. A good knife, a pan, and a blender will get you through almost everything in the membership. These are everyday recipes, the kind I cook on a Tuesday night between work and dinner.
Most weekday recipes come together in under 30 minutes. The weekly meal plans batch-cook two or three things on Sunday, so the rest of your week is mostly reheating, assembling, and enjoying the meals you’ve already done the work for.
Yes, and this is actually the brief I cook to. Most of our members are feeding partners and kids who say they “don’t eat vegetables”, and these recipes have a way of winning them over. Every recipe has a portion slider so you can scale up or down, and the planner lets you save your family favorites for repeat weeks.

Yes, in detail. Every recipe shows calories, protein, fiber, carbs, fat, and key micronutrients per serving. And if you want to track it all, members can log any meal to the daily tracker with a single tap.
