If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know I have a slight obsession with everything oats related! And this one is on a whole new level. It tastes so creamy I’ve swapped it from the breakie to the dessert category. Blending the oats in a flour-like consistency before adding the rest of the ingredients gets an incredible texture ???? I’ve also added some silken tofu for a little protein boost getting the bounty blended oats to 10g of protein per serve.
