This avocado bean dip is so creamy and delicious! It gets an extra protein boost with the addition of beans and hemp seeds, bringing it to 5g per serving. It’s a great way to sneak some beans into your diet. We love to enjoy it with our homemade crackers recipe or as a spread on toast or sandwiches. Perfect to meal-prep and keep in the fridge for and quick and healthy snack!

Avocado Bean Dip

A creamy and delicious avocado bean dip, boosted with protein-rich beans and hemp seeds. Perfect as a spread or a quick, healthy snack.

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed for a consistent blend.
  • Process the ingredients until you achieve a smooth texture. This should create a creamy and homogeneous dip.
  • If needed, scrape the top and sides of the food processor with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
