  1. The meals look delicious. Looking forward to trying them with my son as we’re cutting back on the meat .

  2. I used to be a 7 day a week meat eater. Since finding you a few months ago and trying many of your delicious recipes, I now only eat meat one or two days a week. I feel healthier and I’ve lost weight without even trying. My last blood tests showed that I was prediabetic and had high cholesterol. I was given 6 months to change my lifestyle or I will be having to take medication. I’m hoping when I re-test in November that I will no longer be prediabetic and my cholesterol will have reduced. If I manage it, it’s all down to you! Thank you.

    1. Wow Catherine, thank you so much for the kind words, you’re doing amazing! I know it’s not easy to handle a new diagnosis and adjust the way you’re eating, and I’m really glad the recipes are helping make things a little easier. Please keep me updated on your journey, wishing you all the best!! 💚
