Tofu Cream Cheese Spread
A creamy tofu spread perfect for a quick snack. Paired with sourdough, balsamic glaze, and roasted tomato.

- 140 g extra firm tofu
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ tsp fine salt
- 3 tbsp soy milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until achieving a smooth consistency. If needed, add more milk in ½ tablespoon increments to facilitate blending.
- For a delightful toast: Grill a slice of sourdough bread and gently rub a garlic clove over it. Generously spread the tofu cream cheese, and top with roasted tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, a sprinkle of salt, and fresh basil leaves.
