Ingredients
140gextra firm tofu
1tbsplemon juice
2tbspnutritional yeast
½tspdried oregano
1tspgarlic powder
⅓tspfine salt
3tbspsoy milk
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until achieving a smooth consistency. If needed, add more milk in ½ tablespoon increments to facilitate blending.
For a delightful toast: Grill a slice of sourdough bread and gently rub a garlic clove over it. Generously spread the tofu cream cheese, and top with roasted tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, a sprinkle of salt, and fresh basil leaves.
