- 1 avocado
- 1 cup (179 g) cannellini beans
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp (0.5 tsp) sea salt flakes
- ½ tsp (0.5 tsp) red chili flakes
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed for a consistent blend.
- Process the ingredients until you achieve a smooth texture. This should create a creamy and homogeneous dip.
- If needed, scrape the top and sides of the food processor with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
