A quick and easy smoothie packed with avocado, banana, pineapple, spinach, lime, coconut water, ginger, and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen banana
  • 1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup (30 g) baby spinach
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1.5 cups (360 g) coconut water
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Enjoy this nutrient-rich smoothie as a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.
