Ingredients
2cupsbrown rice, cooked
1smallcucumber, finely sliced
½avocado
4radishes, sliced
1tbsptoasted sesame seeds
2spring onions, finely chopped
2tbsppickled ginger
1tbspsriracha mayo
2nori sheets, each cut in 4
Tofu marinade
300gextra firm tofu, diced in cubes
2tbsptamari
1tbspsriracha
1tbsprice vinegar
0.5tbspmaple syrup
1tspsesame oil
Instructions
Combine all the tofu marinade ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the tofu and allow it to marinate for up to overnight for maximum flavor.
Bake the marinated tofu in the air fryer at 350 degrees F (180 C) for 15 minutes, or in the oven at 400 degrees F (200 C) for 20 minutes.
To assemble the bowl, add 1 cup of cooked rice, some baked tofu, cucumber, avocado, and radish slices. Top with toasted sesame seeds, finely diced spring onions, pickled ginger, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
You can use the nori sheets square to scoop up the delicious food or sprinkle it on top. Enjoy your nutritious and satisfying meal.
