Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).
Thoroughly wash and peel the dutch carrots. Trim the tops down to 2cm in length.
In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, whole-grain mustard, and fresh thyme.
Generously brush the carrots with the prepared dressing, ensuring they are well-coated.
Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until tender and nicely glazed.
Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious maple glazed carrots!
