¾cupblack sesame seeds
¼cuppoppy seeds
2tbspnutritional yeast
½tspcharcoal powderoptional
1tspgarlic granules
½tspsea salt flakes
⅔cupchickpea flour (besan)
2tbspolive oil
⅓cupwarm water
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 320 °F (160C) for optimal baking.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix them well and let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Place the dough on a piece of baking paper. Cover it with another piece of baking paper and roll it out to a thickness of about 0.25-0.5 cm. Remove the top layer of paper.
Use a cookie cutter or a sharp knife to cut the dough into bat shapes.
Bake the bat-shaped crackers in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Once done, allow them to cool down before breaking them apart with your hands.
