Ingredients
2kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1banana, diced
1cupcantaloupe (rockmelon), diced
1cupwatermelon, diced
1peach, diced
½pomegranate
10fresh mint, finely chopped
1orange, zested and juiced
Instructions
Prepare all your fruits by peeling and dicing them into small bite-sized pieces.
Zest the orange and squeeze out its juice.
Combine all the diced fruits in a large bowl.
Pour the orange zest and juice over the fruits and mix well to combine.
