150graw hazelnuts
2tbspraw cacao powder
1tbspmaple syrupmore if you like it sweeter
⅓cupsoy milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
Roast the hazelnuts in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they are lightly browned and aromatic.
Place the roasted hazelnuts into a cloth and rub them for a couple of minutes to remove most of the skins.
Reserve a few hazelnuts for garnish, then place the rest of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary depending on the strength of your blender.
Crush the reserved hazelnuts and stir them into the paste for added texture.
Enjoy your homemade Healthy Nutella on toast, pancakes, banana bread, or even in your morning oats.
