Instructions
Slice the baguette or your favorite bread and grill it until it's crispy.
Take a garlic clove and rub it on the grilled bread for added flavor.
Chop the ripe tomatoes into small pieces. Add them to a bowl along with the fresh basil leaves.
Cover the tomato and basil mixture with extra virgin olive oil.
Top the grilled bread with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts and a dash of salt on top. Enjoy your homemade Bruschetta.
