If caffeine doesn’t agree with you, but you love the taste of coffee, you can use a decaf shot instead ????

Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- â…” cup (54 g) oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup (59.25 g) coffee (or decaf)
- â…“ cup (78.86 ml) soy milk
- 1 tbsp soy yogurt
- ½ tbsp (0.5 tbsp) maple syrup (or more to taste)
- Melted dark chocolate to pour on top (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, and cacao nibs in a bowl.
- Add the coffee, soy milk, soy yogurt, and maple syrup to the bowl.
- Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- If desired, top the mixture with melted dark chocolate.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or leave it overnight for best results.
