Jam on toast is such a treat! It was my staple breakfast growing up in France (on a baguette with a bit of butter, of course!). This recipe is a quick, easy, and healthy way to recreate my childhood favorite. My preferred method to enjoy this berry jam now is on sourdough toast with peanut butter, banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s so simple and so perfect!
Fun fact – I didn’t try peanut butter until I arrived in Australia in 2014! And wow… I have indeed made up for it!

Hi, Do you wait for the chia seeds to expand in the mixture before baking?
It’s not needed for this recipe 🙂
Do raspberries have to be frozen?
Hey Carol, you could use fresh, maybe just add a dash of water 🙂
Thanks Sarah😁
