- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup (236.59 ml) vanilla oat yogurt
- 3 lime juiced
- 1.5 tbsp monk fruit
- 4 tbsp dairy-free yogurt
- lime zest, for serving
Instructions
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 20 minutes, then drain.
